COVID 19 Changes

Please familiarise yourself with the new procedures we have set out below:

  • It’s common knowledge now, but when booking an appointments be vigilant that you have no COVID 19 symptoms or been in contact with anyone who has. Please reschedule if this issue arises
  • Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time and not before
  • If there is someone in front of you at the door please wait outside until they have moved forward. (Keeping social distances where possible)
  • When you enter the salon please stand in the box marked out
  • Whilst you wait for a member of our team to give you further guidance please sanitise your hands
  • If you do have coats/ personal belongings with you there will be empty coat hooks or you can keep them in your own bag next to you
  • Face masks are available if you require one, guidelines given by the Government state it’s at your own discretion to wear one
  • Our team will now be looking a little different under a clear plastic visor this is Compulsory. (It’s not Compulsory for us to wear an additional face mask/ covering with it)
  • We have a one use gown system and have disposable gowns ready for you
  • Hygiene is massively important in our industry and we are taking even more precautions to keep us all safe by sanitising work stations & tools between every client
  • There will be no beverages served so please feel free to bring your own
  • Magazines will no longer be available
  • When it’s time to check out please keep social distancing at the till area
  • Cash, Card/Contactless payment are all still accepted
  • Please also sanitise your hands on the way out
